Simon founded Fairway Benefit Solutions in 2019 after working for one of Canada's largest third-party administrators for almost five years. After servicing a wide variety of businesses in Toronto and Atlantic Canada, he chose to move back to his hometown and support local business owners.
His experience in benefits provides him with the expertise to custom tailor plans for sustainable long-term success. Some of the value he provides includes ongoing education for employees and plan administrators, reduced corporate liability, fair pricing and the ability to explain complex benefit ideas into simple concepts.
Simon lives in Kingston, Ontario with his partner (Erica) and puppy (Cooper). Outside of the office he is an avid golfer and is passionate about supporting motionball, a not-for-profit organization raising funds and awareness for Special Olympics.
